One of the huge challenges many people face when growing a business or making a major life transformation is to get help. And we need to get it from people who are where we are wanting to be, where we are going.
Growing a business and major life changes equals a lot of personal growth. And no matter how much personal work we do on our own, there is noting like having someone help you through it. After all, we cannot see our own issues as clearly as others are able to.
I was speaking with someone the other day who is getting her business off the ground and quantum leaping her spiritual growth in the process. She is learning so much and having such tremendous results with her clients. However, things in her life starting getting chaotic and were throwing her off balance. She didn’t know what to do, and what this was telling her. After I asked, she admitted that she had not been seeing someone personally herself. She was doing her own personal inner work alone.
This is one mistake I repeatedly see many mission based entrepreneurs make. They are so busy helping others, they don’t schedule time (or the money) for themselves. Besides my business coaching that I receive, I also have monthly chiropractic, massage, and energy work sessions done on me. It’s why I have taken such huge leaps. When I do not continue to clear my issues and move forward, then my finances are problematic and my personal life can get quite chaotic. It’s that way with all people in the helping profession.
