This weekend was humbling and mindblowing at the same time. It was a moment where I touched a piece of my purpose and was so in the flow that things just seemed to flow through me and I was typing like a mad woman to capture it all! When that happens, I know that I have integrated something important in my life that is another message to share with others. It is a piece of my brilliance coming through loud and clear.
And it was about the challenge that about 90% of you have in your business and your life.
Money.
A friend asked me the other day why I say “money” instead of abundance or prosperity. I love those words and use them when referring to my overall life. However, I personally know that what we cannot say or call forth is one of our issues. Over 95% of the people I talk to who want to bring their message and gifts to the world are being challenged by money. And many say abundance, prosperity, manifestation. And they don’t have enough to pay the bills, let alone get the support they need to effectively get their message and business out to the people looking for them. Money is an energy, just like we are. It’s about being clear on what your money story is telling you. I know because I was there once.
I didn’t want to look at it, and it showed in my business. I wasn’t focused on my mission, and felt scattered with my message, and wasn’t living my life fully. I delved deep into my issue with money and devoted over a year of concentrated time on this from private coaching, classes, more classes, reading, spiritual work, and a lot of personal work.
Because I did all of that work, within four months of fierce dedication working on my business, I left my job of 21 years and followed my passion. I now do what I love and replaced the income I had in my job. And I get to help people realize their dreams and bring their gifts out to the world in a bigger way!
That’s what is possible when we get real with money.
The information this past weekend that came effortlessly flowing out of my hands and on to the keyboards was a message to teach this. It is the one huge obstacle for so many of you.
