Many scientists have stated that we recreate a new body every 7 years. All of our cells change in this time. Wow! That’s a lot of work.
The amazing thing is that as we change our beliefs and ideas, we are bringing that into our new cell structure. When you let go of toxic thoughts of not enough and open more to your spiritual wisdom, you begin to bring in more opportunity and expansiveness not only into your life, but your business.
As you become more attuned to the spiritual messages that come to you, as well as your unique way of receiving them, your body will change also. That’s why it is so important to get consistent bodywork and eat well. You get to treat your body better as this great warehouse of awesome information!
When you sabotage that and don’t sleep enough, drink plenty of water, and eat good foods, then you are also limiting the guidance that you receive from Spirit, God, Universe.
This month is all about balance and relationships. How are you in balance and in positive relationship with yourself?
As you schedule everything for your business, make sure to schedule you first! Without you, there isn’t a business. And it is a fact, the more you take care of yourself physically, the better your finances will be! Pretty amazing….and true.
