I have been reflecting on this past year all that has happened. It was a “4” year in numerology about building and developing. For each person it was different, and affected them in different ways. People were creating their personal foundations of how they want to live their life. For many it brought incredible challenges, and major inward realizations. I looked back on this year which for me was about balance and relationships. I experienced some really intense times….some of despair, and others of elation. At the end of the year, my life has radically shifted and I see how it has helped me create a stronger foundation to go into the new year. My personal relationships are much more rewarding and fulfilling. And my business grew 400% in the last 9 months. It was an intense journey.
2012 is a “5” year, meaning it is a year of change. You all will get to decide how you embrace this within yourself. The only constant in this life is change. When we decide to flow with it, it works. When we dig in our heels, it hurts. Look at this year of 2011 and see what you were being asked to create as a foundation. Better relationships, a stronger business, creating your dream, speaking your truth. How are you going to change with that in 2012 and create your life from a powerful place? That is what 2012 is about.
Many of you in December have experienced some intense things, and have had deep revelations. It culminated on the 21st with the Solstice. Many experienced it as being asked to step into your dream, and dream the world into a different reality. For many of us, that is no small task. And at the same time, every single one of you is ready. It is about going with that change and seizing every opportunity to help you move forward with ease.
As I have reflected on what happened each month this year, I see so clearly how I am to enter into 2012. This month I have been consciously preparing what needs to shift in order for those new things to happen.
I invite you to do the same. Honor your journey. Track back this past year and follow each month. What was the personal challenge, as well as the business challenge you encountered? Follow the trail, and you will see a huge piece of how you are being asked to step up into your business and your life. And in the process, you get one step closer to understanding your purpose!

For me…..I choose beauty and love in both my business and my life. This in turn expands out even further than the imagination knows!
