Each year has an energy that guides us collectively and personally. It helps us become the person our vision requires. To be the best version of ourselves.
Back in January 2022, I shared that this year would be one of connecting in with our heart’s deepest desires. Each month gave us that opportunity.
In the process, we were called to do certain things. Create stronger boundaries, let go of perfectionism, listen to our body wisdom, find a balance between home and work. Relationships were tested. Our home environment has become more important. Making things with our hands began to give us more delight.
You may have tried things you thought you would love to do, and found it no longer held the appeal it once had. You could release it to step into new territory. Or this month, you may still be holding on to something that you know deep within doesn’t serve. Instead of looking at it as releasing, consider it as creating space for what gives you joy.
When we are in alignment with our heart’s desire it feels like a buzz. A fizzling energy that starts to awaken new desires and ideas within. When we are out of alignment, things start to stall or not work out. Our real motives become known and we get to pivot slightly.
As you reflect upon this year, I encourage you to identify those moments of wonder and pure joy and say, more please. Also, look at those moments that might have seemed like a rabbit hole and realize it too held a lesson. Something that no longer serves.
This year’s lesson was also around judgement. Especially self-judgement. Harshness. Perfectionism. Giving us the opportunity for more acceptance of self and others. Following our path and letting others take theirs.
As we finish out the year and dive into 2023, you will find me sharing more about following the energy of the times and clues because it is pivotal and cuts the learning curve.

Some of you have been asking what I’m offering next year to help people go to the next level. I offered a lot of programs this year that delivered life-changing results, and I probably won’t offer as many this coming year. I am called to focus on private mentoring and a new beta program I’m launching called “Your Living Treasure Map: Craft a Spiritual Roadmap for a Life of Adventure on Your Terms.” It’s been in the works since 2014.
