Happy July! We are officially halfway through the year unveiling our deepest heart’s desire, seeing what matters most in life, opening and following our heart in new ways. Taking risks to say what really jazzes and lights us up.
This month of July is a 7 energy of alignment, trust, spiritual connection, rejuvenation, regeneration, investigative inquiries, mastering spiritual practices, connecting beyond the veil of consciousness. We get to release the illusion of being alone and having to do everything ourselves. At times we may feel out of control, and that is Universe, God, Spirit helping us align to our deepest desires. Through meditations, personal growth work, new perspectives and a new script, you can ride this wave with more ease and grace.
This is also a foundational month of putting new practices into place. You may be creating new foundations in your home, relationships, business, health, creativity, or anything else that has deep meaning for you.
In order to create solid new foundations founded on your heart’s deepest desires, you will see what no longer serves. You will know it in your bones.
Over the years I have had countless dreams of plays, movies, new scripts, actors, and new productions. I have seen how people were in the play of my life uninvited and creating chaos. I was clinging to outdated scripts of behavior. I needed to create a new play or movie. My dream producers and directors were getting bored out of their minds repeating the same patterns and behaviors. They wanted to have more fun, joy, and create wonderful new productions of life. I’ve learned much from them over the years and employ their wisdom.
Today’s dream I found myself in a new grand production, with a new director, completely new actors, and new scenes of a script that has been created for me.
This is the power of reviewing and deciding what new path or journey we wish to take. It’s always changing. We are creating new plays all the time to satisfy who we are at certain ages and times.
Here are some keys to help you along the way as you align with that new script aligned perfectly to what your heart is telling you.
Keys to create a new play and write a new script:
- Let go of the phrase “I don’t know.” Replace it with “I’m curious what will happen.”
- Look at the disempowering words you are repeating that have come from childhood and release them. You can’t do that. What will people think? You can’t make a living out of that. Are you crazy? Who do you think you are? That’s not being responsible. Add any other ones that come to you.
- Get crystal clear on your desires and commit to them. This month is also about committing to that bigger dream, especially when you can’t see the full picture…yet.
- Create a new routine that incorporates spiritual practice that suits you. Meditation, visualizations before bed, dancing in the living room, walking in nature, journaling dreams, doing crafts and art, yoga or other movement. You will know what brings you back to center, so you are aligned with your greatest desires.
- Follow the clues of the Universe, sharing with you the information you need.
- Activate your imagination and bring your magical child along for the ride.
- Be intentional every day, crafting what you would like to know that day.
- Play, be silly, laugh, take time to enjoy those you love.
- Give yourself time to reflect and review your progress so far this year.
- Heal old stories, traumas and hurts that no longer serve.
- Release judgment, especially of self.
- Enlist support to get out of your own way to be the best version of you.
- Accept all versions of yourself and give them love.
- Treat your life like a great mystery of epic proportions.
- Live life now in the moment.
You can only create a new script when you let go of the old one. The old actors, or people in your play, need different roles. What new role do you want to play in your life? Choose wisely, and make sure your body, mind and soul are on board.
